Slight changes to PBG works today

I'm doubting that the search tool is being used very much and it seemed like a good idea to move it out of the main menu area.

The Members menu was also moved, but you will only notice that once you are in a "Book" on the site, like the Help section or a Group wiki section. When in one of those sections a temporary menu appears at the top of the left sidebar. Before it would display under the Members menu, but now above it.

The Help section had a slight reorganizing. Child pages are now lumped into sections that reflect the layout of the content on the main Help page. This should simplify the display and make it more scalable as new pages are added. If you have any comments about these changes please contact me.
