Join the Plant Breeding and Genomics community of practice on Thursday April 12 at 1pm Eastern Daylight Time (GMT - 4:00) (12pm Central, 11am Mountain, 10am Pacific) to learn how to map thousands of SNPs.

During this webinar, Dr. Allen Van Deynze from UC Davis will describe an approach to rapidly map tens of thousands of markers. Dr. Van Deynze will present a pipeline to group, order, and determine genetic map distances rapidly using the program Record. He will also demonstrate visualization of linkage using heat maps.
